BOTH----Formal EDUCATION has its up-side because you are getting trained by proffesionals but skills also has very positive points as well because i am one of those people that learn better if i am actually performing the task myself ---hands-on. What was your worst working experience? Probably working in the "CUT_THROAT" WORLD of SALES. It's a "DOG-EAT_DOG. Envoirnment.
