Both are important, skills in my opinion is the front runner because you have hands on experienc Describe the benefits of working with others You have a support system as long as you have team players Describe the benefits of working alone I see no benefits in working alone. Working in numbers is more powerful and safer for the patient What was your worst working experience? Delivering an 11 pound baby who was pronounced dead inuteral. The mother had no prenatal care. Very emotional and tearful experience for both parents and staff What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? You have to critically think and be one step ahead in whatever you do. Always think of what you would do in case of an emergency. Always be prepared. What unique skills do you have?
