Formal education or skills and why? skills, without skills your education is useless. You go to get an education to be taught skills. Describe the benefits of working with others Team work is the only way things get done. The more hands the more work. Also, rapport with co-workers is a great tool Describe the benefits of working alone You know exactly how the work is laid out. You did it, no matter how long it took, it is with out faults. What was your worst working experience? cleaning out a clogged drain on a trailer home, got pretty messy What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? work smarter not harder, sweet the little things and the big things will be o.k., treat your workers with respect and they will make you look good, you are only as good as the crew you are working with What unique skills do you have? great leader, great people skills, great troubleshooter, do clean electrical work.
