Skills as one can apply knowledge far better through skills and experience than through books and formal education. Describe the benefits of working with others The interaction of each other as well as the opportunity to draw upon each other's experiences and to foster ideas to make challenages easier and jobs better Describe the benefits of working alone it becomes solitary and one has lost their sense of being without the social structure 0f others What was your worst working experience? When I was them operations manager of an investment house and a man committed suicide in the office because he was being inveswtigated for 'inside trading'. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? To compromise and to see things from the viewpoint of others What unique skills do you have? Resolution skills, work ethic, a love of literature and a desire to share my knowledge with others What would you consider as your 'dream job'? To teach in the carribean in a Spanish atmoshere and to learn more about the Spanish culture. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? That our language is constantly evolving and is in such demand What are the least interesting aspects of your field? That we waste so many resources and such resources could be used to teach pooreer nations the literacy skills needed to improve their lives without losing their culture. What is the one thing that I hope most to accomplish with the rest of my life?
