Very creative thinking. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Both, a formal education gives you the ability to think conceptually and a great base. Skilled provides you the ability to think on your feet and be a strong creative problem solver. Describe the benefits of working with others Being able to interact with others and see the moment that they understand a concept and bring that forward to the next level. The abiltiy to help add change and see the possibilities of a strong future. Together provides more creative answers, more interaction. Describe the benefits of working alone Just more concentration on the task at hand. What was your worst working experience? Biening isolated in a cubicle working environmemt. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? My own abilities to affect change. What unique skills do you have? People are drawn to me, people like to listen and interact with me. I am sharp and learn quickly. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? Working with others and creating a new future by passing any or all knowledge possible. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? Thinking technically, being creative , creating somethng where before there was nothing. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? Working alone. What is more important to you, money or happiness? Happiness. At my age, money only bring more responsibility but happiness and affecting change can never be purchased, nor taken away.
