Formal education or skills and why? Skills, because there is no point in knowing all the technical stuff if you haven't learnt the skills needed for the job first. Describe the benefits of working alone Your responsible for your own efforts and standard of work, so only you can mess things up, and all you can prove how great you are What was your worst working experience? I am bright, ambitious, and I work great on my own or in a team. I am able to employ a wide range of skills quickly. I motivate myself and others, and I am adaptable and punctual. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? Any job that will allow me to work with great people, in a good location, with a brilliant salary at the end of the month. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? There are many different aspects in my various roles, but in regards to sales, I get to speak to people everyday, then travel abroad to meet them.
