Beauty industry for 25 years What qualifications do you hold? Beauty Therapy Leading quality assurance service exellence. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Skills and experience are most valuable and what makes a person a success. Describe the benefits of working with others Increases communication skills, productivity, learning new skills, increases creative ability What was your worst working experience? I have none to recall. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Through sillent thought comes great ideas, through a happy and effectinate smile comes the effection of others in return. What unique skills do you have? I am able to raise revenue and meet budgets,minimise the expected cost of sales without compromising the brand that i am working for. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? What I do now at the Saxon Hotel but rather at an Island resort What are the most interesting aspects of your field? Guests interaction and satisfaction in the brand, forecast of revenue and budget expenses. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? Long hours of more than 13h daily.
