I am looking to move to Cyprus. Because I like the culture (orthodox) and climate of this country. What countries have you worked in? Phisically i was always located in Ukraine. But really I worked for Germany, Canada, USA and Singapore What countries do you have a visa to work in? Actually I even do not know - I interested only in Cyprus! I am already 5+ years experienced programmer - for IT it is very good :) Now I hold masters degree in computer science and about to make my PhD Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Surelly skills cos that brings real benefits to company :) Describe the benefits of working with others Everybody can make their particular job which can be done good and it is really easier. Problem is that we need nevertheless a person who will see general picture and navigate all these particular workers Describe the benefits of working alone You don't need to feed a team of managers but really you will not earn too much by this way. What was your worst working experience? 5+ years, many technologies C/C++, C#, .NET, J2ME, Java SE Databases: Interbase/Firebird, Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, 1C. Paradigm KISS really is very important ;) What unique skills do you have? I have wide view - can choose right technology to realize any certain thing. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? It have to be in a paradice place. I think it is in Cyprus ;) What are the most interesting aspects of your field? IT techlogies are progressing very fast and i like it very much it always satisfy my interest and keep me loving my job :) What are the least interesting aspects of your field? You have to change 'Wjat' to 'What' in this questionnaire Sometimes I have to work in rush My salary expectation? In the one hand I understand that I have a good price and in the other I understand I will make some problems for my employer with my movement, visa and etc. Thats why I will agree on a contract for 1 or even 2 years with very everage or even a little small salary.
