I have many years of screening (Gynae - non-Gynae and FNA) experience as well as mangerial experience and am currently working in a College of American Pathologist accredited laboratory What nationality are you? Patience as well as organizational skills, follow-up and to deal with people with different cultures. What unique skills do you have? Pleasant staff to work with, stimulating work and recognition for a job well done, as well as a clean and modern environment. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? Because it is people whose tests are being analyzed and one will often see a case that is new and unique. What are the least interesting aspects of your field?
