Skills, as you can have a formal education but still not possess any common sense, also you gain experience as you learn new skills. Describe the benefits of working with others You can learn from each other your strengths & weaknesses in certain areas. You can be there to help your co workers. You also learn responsibility as there are other people to take into account in your working day. Describe the benefits of working alone You can take enormous pride in a job you have started & completed alone. What was your worst working experience? I haven`t really had a "worst working experience" although i have come across many "worst" customers that i have had to deal with on a regular basis. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Keep your sense of humour What unique skills do you have? My skills arn`t really "unique" as i`m sure many other people possess them, but they are skills that have kept me going throughout my life: Time management, organisation, Easy going, friendy, approachable,the ability to negotiate, listen & problem solve. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? Many years ago i would have said anything that would make me millions, now i have learnt about reality i would say anything that i can go home at the end of the day & be quietly proud of all i had done that day.
