Level 3 Certificate in the Requirements for Electrical Installations: BS7671 : 2008 17th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations. CSCS - Construction Skills Certification. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Both are important, however, I feel that the skills you can learn through actually doing the job hands on is something that cannot be taught in a classroom, as every job has a different set of circumstances that have to be adjusted to. Describe the benefits of working with others Working with others gives you the opportunity to be part of a successful team where each member is working towards the same goal of completing a job to the best of their abilities and also making friends along the way. Describe the benefits of working alone Whilst working as a team can be very rewarding, it can sometimes be necessary to work alone. The benefits of this are that you can get a job done as fast as possible without relying on others and know that the job will be completed to the highest standard of your ability. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? To always treat people with the same respect and kindness that I would wish to be treated with myself and complete every job to the same standard as I would expect as a client.
