I consider skills to be a greater asset in real world application. While formal education can certainly set the framework for development. No one person can do it all alone. The ability to work with others and draw from a pool of knowledge not only strengthens the efficiency and productivity of the team, but works to build onto the individual members knowledge base that can be implemented in future projects. My worst working experiences have been when I have had the misfortune of having to fire an individual. Everyone has an agenda and its the ability to focus in on what that is and really appeal to it that separates success from failure.

What are the least interesting aspects of your field?

Paperwork is never fun but a necessary evil in any job. I leverage my high level use of technology to streamline the process and make the work completion more efficient.
