| Need help with the fiance, its really important to me any comments would be grea Ok I just recently got engaged to a beautiful and I mean beautiful girl, and things are going great. We have been going out for 5 years now and its been a long distance relationship, and we meet every weekend so it didn't really bother us. But anyways we were talking about were we wanted to live and she wanted to live closer to her mother, who lives in north delaware, and I was insisting we move to New York City; because I got a job with the NYPD. I am a resident of New York and shes a resident of Delaware. She says shes afraid of leaving her home because she doesn't wanna leave her mom. Shes 20 and I am 21, we were born on the same birth date, and our anniversary also falls on the same day we went out its really weird. I just graduated college, and I really want to have a steady income and be financially stable and with the job market in delaware being very flimsy I rather just know that I can have a job. It just seems that she's afraid of leaving which is understandable, however I left home at 18. What should I do to make her move out? She says "I can't leave my mother because she needs me", I always ask "why does she need you if shes going to the bar every night" (which is true), her comment than is "She's still my mother, and I can't just leave". I don't understand we have been going out for 5 years, 5 years!!! It just seems that she rather be living with her mother than be living with me. What should I do? Talked to her mom already about moving up, she doesnt want to leave her friends. Everytime she thinks about moving up she plays sick. |
