Future of IT jobs USA

Does anybody know what is the future of IT market in the USA regarding job positions. Is this worth to emigrate to USA e.g. for experienced(European) SAP

engineer or web developer? I'm affraid many US companies moves their development departments to east european countries because of lower labour costs. I

have found many interesting positions for me e.g. on monster, http://www.getjob.us, www.peoplewanted.net etc and I'm willing to relocate.
