Skilled Education in a must because it is a professional. People get a good jobs Describe the benefits of working with others working successfully with others requires practical as well as personal skills. One of the main advantages of working with others is that you can benefit from the skills of others that you may not have yourself, and share your own skills. In this activity you are going to solve a puzzle and explore some of the typical challenges of working in a group. Nine students have been instructed by their tutor to work in three groups of three to perform a course task. Your task is to decide on the best way to form the three groups taking into account the students' personalities and different skills, so that they complement each other. Describe the benefits of working alone working alone gives more autonomy and power to decide. it enables acting according to one's judgment without facing criticism. even while working alone, experts advice and consultations with others can be fruitfully availed but the ultimate decision will be with one person. working alone is best for those who want no interference with their style and working. What was your worst working experience? I was a clerk typist, but very conscientious, and near enough to the bottom of the pecking order that eventually I was a blur of activity while there was literally a group of people sitting around complaining that I wasn't getting their stuff out fast enough. Finally I was fired for being "incompetent," after which a bunch of people got fired (I heard about this later as they drifted into my new employer's office looking for work), and ultimately several people were hired to take my place. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? You never have as much time as you originally think you do to do a job. Always overestimate the time things take to get done. What unique skills do you have? I am good in front office operations, but i think what makes me different is that i am also a very interactive person. I like to interact with clients, understand their problems and see how i can handle their problems. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? My dream job working as Accountant and Manager. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? I have always been aware of the broad field of "Finance", but it wasn't until a few weeks ago that I discovered how fascinating the emerging research in Accounting .
