Skills because any profession job needs skilled personnel. Describe the benefits of working with others Working with others is advantageous because 1. People have different strengths and being in a team means people who are really creative and others who are very logical and so forth can combine their talents and ideas to form one brilliant masterpiece. 2. It can be less time consuming as 'many hands make light work' quoted by John Heywood. 3. It can keep people motivated and focused on the task at hand. 4. Makes things all the more fun and enjoyable. 5. Not as stressful as every member of the team has to contribute their efforts and there is a general vibe of 'we're all in this together' and 6. If a team works really well, even good memories can be formed from it. Unlike if someone works on a project alone, they are not really going to consider it a good time. team work saves time, it leads to many different ideologies at work,it softens the work load /less work etc. Describe the benefits of working alone Working alone is beneficial because it can lead to uniform production,it saves time since there is no much un necessary discussion at work place.
