To work with better environment is the first thing to learn from others what is unknown to me to have team work in the property is more important. In working with others I can learn from others & share my experiences with the team. Working with team is a good opportunity to develop team spirit and achieve the goal.

We know the problems better when we work alone. we become more responsible and give attention than we work with others
