Nurse Job interview What type of job are you looking for? I am looking for a job as nurse or any jobs which is related to my profession. What nationality are you? I am a filipino. What languages do you speak (and at what level)? I speak English, Tagalog and Danish fluently. What country or area are you looking to work in and why? I would like to work in Sweden, it's because I want to learn more in regards to cultural and professional integration. What countries have you worked in? I worked in Philippines and in Denmark. What countries do you have a visa to work in? For now, I am holding a job-seeking visa which allows me to look for a job globally. What field do you currently work in? I worked in Geriatrics Department. What fields have you worked in before? I worked in obstetrics and gynecology ward, and medical ward. What qualifications do you hold? I am a registered nurse in the Philippines and have been undergoing the process of acquiring danish nurse authorization. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I consider both formal education and skills because each of them contributes to become more efficient nurse as a whole. Describe the benefits of working with others I believed the saying that an "Iron is sharpen by another iron, so one head may sharpens another." It is better to work with others and consider each other's idea so we can make a best decision as well as it makes every task easy and fast to finish. Describe the benefits of working alone Working alone enhance your capabilities and competencies. The challenge of solving cases and problems lies on your own, so one should use his skills and knowledge to the full extent in order to give the best one could ever make! What was your worst working experience? When I was alone on the duty among of the 30 patients. That is the hospital setting in the Philippines that's why I am used of working hard. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? That life is very valuable. One should treasure his own life because you may lost it all of the sudden at any point of time. What unique skills do you have? I can do almost all of the nursing tasks. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? To work as a nurse in other countries. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? To work in Obstetrics and Gynecology Department. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? All are interesting.
