I prefer skill education more as that makes one more confident and also more specific about the work.Knowledge definetely becomes helpful to the company as well as for himself as well to grow in life.But formal education is also important. Describe the benefits of working with others Uf anyone wants to grow in his career the most important aspect becomes is Learning which definetely people gets from working together with his teammates. And Second, Obviously to achieve the objective of any company it requires to work as a team to achieve as it also creates a good anbience to excel. Describe the benefits of working alone According to me Working alone is benefitted only a task has been given by the organisation which only you can complete that gives the sense of Pride but still I would prefer one should always work as a team. What was your worst working experience? Till ow wherever I have worked I have enjoyed utmost with lot of learnings. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
