Formal education or skills and why? I believe no skills are truly possible without some formal education so I would opt for the first. Describe the benefits of working with others Working with others makes every day different and somewhat special. It provides new challenges and satisfactions on a daily basis. Describe the benefits of working alone I only have the chance to work alone on my personal projects and even then I try to find an associate. I suppose an advantage would be than working alone allows me to turn to myself and focus. What unique skills do you have? Nothing unique but to name some: I have good use of html, flash, audio/video software and have applied them to websites I have designed both for Advertising firms in Romania (working websites) and for my personal website: http://math-pdr.com What would you consider as your 'dream job'?
