Worked as Fuel Operator, HVAC Technician, Machine operator, has a skill of Machinist What qualifications do you hold? 10+2, National trade certificate in FITTER Trade, Computer Skill, operational skill of Lathe, milling, drilling, shaping, slotting and surface grinding machines. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Both, because more employers look for people with good educational background with good job skills. So both are very important to get good employment Describe the benefits of working with others We will build our self as a team worker. Obviously people will have different skills. Its very easy to learn new things from others when we work together. We will come to know about different culture, different language, different culture etc which will happens only when you work with others. Describe the benefits of working alone I prefer working as a team other than working alone What was your worst working experience? I enjoyed my work all the time. You can only perform good when you enjoy your job. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Presentation is very important while you work and Positive can do attitude which is also very important. What unique skills do you have? Whatever work we do, we have to convert it to a dream job by showing our positive can do attitude. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? Approach the job with positive attitude, showing hard work to finish the job with accuracy and in timely manner What are the least interesting aspects of your field?
