What fields have you worked in before? i previously worked in Admin & Finance, Preject Management etc... What qualifications do you hold? I have a bachelor of economics (majoring in Finance) Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Each one of it plays an important role in a particular stage. Education is important because it provides you a general knowledge of so many things that you may need in the course of your professional life. While the skill is important as it helps you master a particular field. Bottom line Education and skill are equally valuable. Describe the benefits of working with others In an organization you have so many departments where each one of them has a special task or play a role in increasing the value of the firm. Therefore working together helps all the people attain there common goal which is to increase the value of the firm. Describe the benefits of working alone You some of the time need to work alone and concentrate to make sure to complete your task/work. What was your worst working experience? My worst working experience is that i had the chance to work with a very good organization but because of my ambition i spoiled it by resigning and joining another company for a better position. Unfortunately i had a problem to adapt to the system of the new company which was not respecting the right of the employees. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? First and formost, always give the best out of you while on your task. Second i learned that promotions come with time you just have to work hard and be patient. You have to accept that you may not sometimes get what you want. What unique skills do you have? Relationship is one thing but when it comes to work i make sure that everyone follows/respect the procedures & processe. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? In a job, i first look on the security part (is it a place that protects employees right & benefits). Second i always aim at a job that pays well to cover our everyday expenses.
