Formal education or skills and why? Skills. A formal education does not give u life skills. It will be better for us to consider the skill in all aspects. Good basic skills and knowledge. Describe the benefits of working with others Working together is success.Working with others can inspire their spirit and produce twice the result with half the effort. It improves communication, also a good way to improve your knowledge and skills. Describe the benefits of working alone I can better express my creativity and reach my goals.I can coordinate what i need to do based on my plans and schedules. I don't have to worry about other people procrastinating or not putting in effort.
