Any English speaking tropical country... since Philippines is in the tropics i thing i will be more effective and efficient in my work force if there will be no language barrier and climatic adaptation to adjust first and foremost. Am a physician, and a office medical technologist What fields have you worked in before? have been a medical officer, medical technologist, school physician What qualifications do you hold? am a licensed doctor of medicine, licensed medical technologist, under board nurse, licensed drug analyst and am studying now towards occupational medicine Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Both because in the field of medicine you've got to have formal education before you will be allowed to develop skills and techniques. Describe the benefits of working with others The greatest benefit of working with others is that you will have a free hand to seek opinions from other health practitioners for diagnosis, treatment and management and at the same time making an atmosphere of love,harmony,happiness, comfort in your work place which for me is the most important thing Describe the benefits of working alone Working alone would make my job monotonous, routine, no room for professional growth and this would really make me uncomfortable and this will make me very lonely. What was your worst working experience? This was when i had medical mission (am a reservist of the Philippine army) wherein i was the only voluntary physician had circumcised some 100 kids and nobody even said "thank you" after all the hardship i did for them and i really felt bad. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? The most important this is doing what you like not liking what you do... specially in service oriented careers. What unique skills do you have? photography, sewing What would you consider as your 'dream job'? Given a change I want to widen my horizon by starting a new career in some other field say in office or in the business side of healthcare. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? When i can see patients being alleviated from the pain sufferings. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? When i see people continuously suffering from debilitating disease in spite of all the medications and advancement in health technology What is your reason for working out of your country?
