Formal education or skills and why? This depends on the job because some jobs require more technical skills while others require education. Describe the benefits of working with others Working with others helps to build interpersonal skills and teaches team work. While working with others, one learns how to maintain professionalism, even in challenging situations. Describe the benefits of working alone Working alone allows for one to work at their own pace without needing to take in to consideration other peoples' schedules and work habits. What was your worst working experience? My worst working experience was working in customer service and having a client scream at me. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? The most important lesson I have learned throughout my career is that maintaining professionalism is the best way to separate personal from professional life and the best way to keep a good job and a level head. What unique skills do you have? I am very personable. I enjoying meeting and interacting with others. I am sociable and adapt easily to new situations. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? My dream job would be a job where I could travel. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? At the moment the most interesting aspects of my field are the things my students teach me everyday. What are the least interesting aspects of your field?
