We both have only worked in canada What countries do you have a visa to work in? Will be appling for our provisional residency cedula card. What field do you currently work in? I work in a restaurant/bar my husband works building reproduction furniture. What fields have you worked in before? I have been in retail sales but mostly worked in restaurant field.My husband has worked automotive service/ property maintenance/sales/golf cource grounds maintenance/and currently building furniture/bartenter. What qualifications do you hold? Myself over 20 years in restaurant business have seen it all.My husband can do it all,both easy going people and can work in almost any job. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I would have to say skills there are some things that can not be taught! Describe the benefits of working with others As long as you have great people and are on the same page working as a team would give the best service in any job area. Describe the benefits of working alone Working alone can have benefits no one else to blame if you screw up or vice verce. What was your worst working experience? As a teenager i worked in a bingo hall to this day i would not catch me anywhere near that place of business.My husband would have to say working outside when the tempature was -30c. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Always have an open mind. Learn as much as you can in all of your jobs make the boss seem lost without you. Most of all give 110% of yourself. What unique skills do you have? My husband and i are two of the most easy going people you will ever meet,both can handle any stess you can throw are way,and love a challenge. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? Being able to work in a climate that does not have cold weather,and love to meet new people every day. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? I see new people everyday plus regular customers that have almost like family.My husband gets to see the furiture go from an idea to a finished product. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? Like any job there are days that are boring. Working with the public there is always a chance to get sick or just plain rude people that you can never please.For my husband i would say working in sawdust it can get very bad at times.
