I have exceptional organizational skills enoy planning and organizing events pool side, on the beach or in the hotel. I am also interested in bar tending within a resort. What nationality are you? I want to work in the Dominican because i have heard there are amazing resorts. I know the weather is beautiful and its a popular travel spot. What countries have you worked in? The qualifications i have that would benifit me for this job are my skills to interact with people. I am very energetic and i am not afraid to take risks. i am organized and very good at planning and being punctual. also, i speak the language of the country. I am very athletic, i volunteer, and i know CPR and first aid. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Skills are more valuable because they represent that you are right for the job. Education prepares you and teaches you about the job, but when your in the current situation you use your natural skills to do what you know is best. Education is good for safety purposes and for understanding but skills are what help you to stand out. Describe the benefits of working with others There are endless benefits of working with others. working with people gives you the opportunity to share ideas and value opinions and perspectives. Working with others gives you a chance to learn from others as they learn from you and it also gives you a chance to compete so you both can exceed within the work place. The most important lesson i have learned it to "JUST GO FOR IT" just go for whatever it is you want to do and give it your absolute best shot. Taking risks and just jumping into new experiences cause you to make mistakes but those mistakes are only building blocks for you to become a better and more knowlagable individual.
