Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

I believe both are very highly considerate. However, you do require skills in order to be able to carry out any job description. I believe if you are not organised you cannot function adequately and your job will be affected. The same as if you are not a good listener, tasks will not be carried out as it should be.

Describe the benefits of working with others

There are many great benefits of working with others because most importantly you learn a lot from each other. Also you get to know them as an individual and what each others job responsibilities. This is a great advantage because it is very useful to know the basics of their roles if one day you have to cover.

If you are a able to work effectively as a part of a team, there will always be a good outcome.

Describe the benefits of working alone

I also use my initiative to great effect when working alone as I take a disciplined and mature approach to work. I enjoy problem solving; achieving results and I like to be kept busy. I always try to keep a positive mental attitude especially when faced with a problem and I am always willing to learn and face a challenge.

What was your worst working experience?

My worst working experience was when I worked at the fish factory for 3 months in Wrexham, Wales. However, it opened up my eyes and became a very positive experience because it developed me as an individual by realising how fortunate I was to better myself in the near future.

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

Accept your mistakes, analyse the situation, look forward with a positive attitude and make sure you don't do it again!

What unique skills do you have?

I have a good aptitude to learning new skills, highly organised and I am a good listener. I have good interpersonal skills having been employed in England, Japan and Gibraltar.

What would you consider as your 'dream job'?

My dream job has always been to become a flight attendant. That was achieved and to be honest with you I would have no problems what so ever in returning, if I were not able to find a suitable job in Punta Cana. However, what matters to me is that I am gaining job satisfaction and this can easily be achieved as long as I am dealing with the public because it's part of who I am. I have a great passion when dealing with people and providing excellent customer service.

What are the most interesting aspects of your field?

The most interesting aspects of my field is that because the company is still trying to establish, my job varies a substantial lot on a daily basis meaning that I am learning something new every day.

What are the least interesting aspects of your field?

I cannot say what are the least interesting aspects of my field because as mentioned above, we are still trying to set up the company. However, it is not always easy to feel you don't have structure at work. This is where my flexibility, patience and adaptability to different settings shows.
