What country or area are you looking to work in and why?

Hospitality & Tourism

What fields have you worked in before?

Administartion, Education, Hospitality

Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

I consider skills more valuable because although formal education has its benefits, there is something so refreshing about someone who has experience and who knows what works.

Describe the benefits of working with others

A team can get a job done faster, more efficiently and can improve the work environment.

Describe the benefits of working alone

Working alone can allow you to focus on tasks at hand and deal with customers personally.

What was your worst working experience?

My worst working experience was where there was a rift between management & employees. Although I remained neutral in my stand it was still uncomfortable. What I have learned that is by being reasonable, you can be a mediator and help dissolve disputes.

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

Easy, the customer doesn't care what you know until they know that you care.

What unique skills do you have?

Advertising, Marketing, Sales promotions, Espresso making, Conflict resolution, Customer care.

What would you consider as your 'dream job'?

Any job in the Dominican Republic!

What are the most interesting aspects of your field?

The different people I meet, from Russia, Hungary, Norway, Finland, Germany..

What are the least interesting aspects of your field?

none really.. no job is unimportant.

Please replace this with a question of your own

How do I find potential employers in the Dominican Republic?

How can potential employers contact you?
