Presently I am a Life Insurance Agent and work directly with public and sales area. So any jobs related to those feild I would be more than confortable. What nationality are you? I am looking to work in Dominican Republic. I have travel and visited other country and the people and the lifestyle in Dominican have please me the most. I have done a lots of sales and services through the last 3 years I have manage a special Care Home that have gave me the experience of Management. I have work 1 years as a Nurse Assistance. Graduated Student I have 3 years in political science at University I have a Life insurance liscence approuve by the province of New-brunswick canada Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I believe someone need both. Education is certainly important, but it doesnt mean because you have a lots of education that you have the personnality and skill to do a good job in all domain. Life experience and attitude does help on the way you do your job and how you will intent to use your skills. Describe the benefits of working with others Team work is usually the base of a good compagny. You learn a lot from other people, you meet people with experience and skill that you need to develop yourself. Your co-workers are inportant and great relation with others make a smile to you face each morning when you go to work. Describe the benefits of working alone Usually the task you do it alone. You need to be responsable and independant. It give you confident and give you the opportunity to show what potentiel you have. Also you never depend on anyone than yourself. You have to push yourself to the limits to obtain the result you are looking for at the end of your day. What was your worst working experience? I never had a bad work experience. I had situation that was maybe less confortable. I've work for a compagny that the Boss did not like woman and made a lots of discrimination. Overall it was work experience that made me grow. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Never think you know it all. Dont ever think that you can't be replace. Work hard every day and life happy through work and people will appreciated you for all the best you have to offer. What unique skills do you have? My analytical skills are very Good. I am Outgoing,Hardworking,Eagar to learn. I got excellent customer service skills, good observational skills, positive thinking. I am not afraid of challenge. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? My dream job is the one that when I go to bed at night I am already excited to go working in the morning. Certainly I believe if I like where I live and keep and open mind on life this could be really easy to find. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? The most interresting aspect is to meet people and help them to have a financial security in there life. It helping other by using the skill I've learn. The personal Interaction I have with every customer make me happy to come to work. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? The least interresting aspect of my field is if a customer of mine die, I have to go deliver a cheque for the life insurance and it usually a sad day for those familly.
