Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Be polite and understanding, Because is the main thing to be a better human being. And allways resolver any kind of situation you may face with courtesy and very professional, like this other people would be happy to go direct to you with any situations the may face. Describe the benefits of working with others Working with other is the main key to succeed in life, because everyone motivates eachother to be a better employee and like this the company grow stronger and we do too at the same time. Describe the benefits of working alone The main benefit of working alone is that you can prove to yourself how much can you do and how big is you capacity to do or resolve any issue. What was your worst working experience? I have none because i always make negative experiences a positive experience, there's allways going to be moments where you get turned off by someone or something but the main key is to know how to overcome this matter. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? The most important lesson is to always be yourself and put your heart to anything you do. What unique skills do you have? I really don't like to talk about my skills i prefer to show it, but in occassions my Supervisor and Manager had told me that they are really proud of me because of how much i work and how much i put into it. I think my main skill like i said is that i always put my mind and heart to what im doing. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? My dream job is to be a Superivor or Manager of a resort, Because i get this emotion in my heart when i see tourists that are happy with the service we give them and always have a good impression of our Country Dominican Republic so next time they come back with more family and friends and like this our economy grow stronger. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? That i can make correct decisions, make people happy, always have in consideration that people that go there is to have a great time.
