I am canadian, but dominican by heart<3 What languages do you speak ? I am Fluent in english , My spanish is medium level (not perfect) and very little french What country or area are you looking to work in and why? I am looking for work in the dominican republic, preferably in punta cana or close to San Pedro De Macoris, but anywhere in the dominican i would be happy with! What countries have you worked in? I am currently a recieptionist for a small business in toronto. What fields have you worked in before? I have been a secretary for awhile, working in a small business to a main contruction company. I also have a lot of experiences with animals, especially horses, worked on farms my whole life. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I believe Skills, because you do not have to be formally educated to gain certain skills from any job. Education gives you the basics but for personally experience is what counts. Describe the benefits of working with others When you're working on a team with others, you can encourage one another. You can develop a bond, cultivate a friendship. You can learn how to depend on each other, learn the art of cooperation. You can, potentially, do less while achieving the same standard of work because the other teammates are there to help contribute to the goal as well, so it's not only you that's working hard for something. Other people also have other ways of doing things, and you can learn from their ways. Describe the benefits of working alone working alone gives more autonomy and power to decide. it enables acting according to one's judgment without facing criticism. even while working alone, eperts advice and consultations with others can be fruitfully availed but the ulitimate decision will be with one person. working alone is best for those who want no interference with their style and working. What was your worst working experience? My worst working experience would have to be when i was working for a dog grooming salon as a recieptionist/ Bather and a dog attacked me.. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? The most important lesson i have learnt throughout my career would have to be To praise people in order to motivate them but also to improve your relationships with them.
