Formal education or skills and why? i feel skills as i dont really have any qualifications apart from school and college but i feel alot is to do with experience i have been working in my current industry for 3 years now and have learnt alot. Describe the benefits of working with others i currently work with a team of 7 people and i feel this is a great asset due to all responsibilities being shared within a group and working wel together as a team. Describe the benefits of working alone i am a very confident a strong minded person, i work to all targets and achieve them to my best ability. What was your worst working experience? working in retail i didnt like the way the business was handled i was working in and i felt that retail was not for me. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? to work hard, achieve all targets to your best ability and work well with others is always the key. What unique skills do you have? i speak fluent english, i work with sales consultants and i am the office based support. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? clerical work and administration, i would also like to teach in dominican republic but i understand i would need further qualifications for this. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? day to day incoming calls you never know when you answer the phone what that phonecall will intell and this for me is very challenging. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? none really i enjoys all the aspects of my job.
