By the existence of this "offering" I assume the positions you wish to fill remain open. Thus, with this in mind, I present the following short summary.I have been involved in many large projects, I am assuming, hopefully correctly, that running a hotel will require the same intellects and work strategies and customer service skills as being lead corporate trainer/sales manager for one of the world's five largest Pharma companies in Diagnostic Medicine to large high end corporate clients. I own two businesses currently....both are real estate with my wife and myself working side by side. I saw your interesting message and thought I would ask a couple of questions, if I may. Does your hotel have an eating establishment/restaurant as I have a professionally trained son (Johnson and Wales) who would love to own his own restaurant? He is french trained as well as expert in seafood of all types having been an executive chef at one of Myrtle Beach's top restuarants in Murrell's Inlet (Oliver's Lodge). He left two years ago. If such does not exist, would this interest you? What is your time frame for wanting someone to take over if this has not occured at this point in time? For what period of time is the position to be offered? Are living quarters provided? I have many more. However, I wish to not overwhelm you at this juncture. I look forward to your kind reply.
