I am looking for a job in either the public relations field and/or teaching English as a second language.

English-native speaking and Spanish at an intermediate to fluent level.
What country or area are you looking to work in and why?
Ecuador and Chile. I wish to work in Ecuador mostly because I have visited the country and become acquainted with the area and like the atmospere. Chile would also be a desireable location.

In the United States only.

I don't currently have a visa but would be willing to acquire one if I gained employment in my desired location.

I currently work in the field of public service as a financial support worker.
What fields have you worked in before?
I have worked in banking and retail.
What qualifications do you hold?
I have a bachelors of arts in communications with a concentration in public relations and a minor in Spanish.
Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?
Formal education gives textbook knowledge of a subject with less hands on experience. Skills equip one to accomplish an assignment. Regardless of how much education acquired, skills are essential to any work one does.
Describe the benefits of working with others
Working with others around allows one to get diferent thoughts and ideas outside your own relm of thinking. It also helps to keep everyone grounded and willing to work together.
Describe the benefits of working alone
Working alone provides the solace needed to concentrate and focus on details within a work assignment. It also gives a person time to look both at the minimal aspects of a project as well as the project as a whole.
What was your worst working experience?
Working in retail on commission.
What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
To be direct and honest with workmates, supervisors and cutomers and clients, helps to create an enviornment to work freely and comfortably in the workplace.

Retail merchandiser

In PR, the skills you acquire are able to mold you into the role you will be working in.
What are the least interesting aspects of your field?
The times that a person is required to assist an employer in creating a false impression of a firm.
What separates you from everyone else?
I am eager to experience a different enviornment. Life is best lived by living it to the full and I am excited about life and working with those who share the same feeling.
