I am a professional in business administration with more than 20 years experience. I have worked for NGOs such us Care Int`l and the Canadian-Ecuadorian Developing Fund.
Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?
If I have to choose one I decide for Skills, because for my experience they have helped me to meet goals. However I would prefer adding one to the another one.

What was your worst working experience?
When working in the Galapagos Islands for the Charles Darwing Research Station. A group a people (most of them fishers) living in the Islands threatened to burn the Station (employees included) so that we all had to escape by the sea during night to a safety place.
What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
Maintaining calmed even when worst circumstances occur. Do not loss oneself´s control.

Responsible on what is under my charge. Punctual. I maintain my word. I know how to build a team work.
What would you consider as your 'dream job'?
To direct an Organization which intention is obtaining welfare of poor people.
