i am a movement science proffessor at western new mexico university= i teach a fully structured course in kung fu,tai chi chuan and tennis

i hold a number of black belts and have sterling references.
Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?
i believe skills can be a bit more important- espicially if one has a good personality and the ability to get along with others,and of course has great communication skills.

learning and the sharing of information that sharpen one skills.

uninterruped time to sharpen the point of lesson plans.
What was your worst working experience?
i would say when going to college and having to work the midnight shift a very unsavory hotel.
What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
that, as a teacher, if the instructor is enjoying himself,so will the students- which in turn creates a great learning environment.
What unique skills do you have?
i've been told i am a very patient teacher- i have the ability to convey the spiritual aspects of martial arts as well as the technical. i know that the real charm of any skill is humility and without enthusiasm nothing great will be achieved.
What would you consider as your 'dream job'?
teaching martial arts and tai chi chuan in a tropical location by the ocean, maybe at a spa or resort.
What job would you never do?
any jobs that was envolved in the mistreatment of people or animals
