I hold a bachelor degree in Commerce, accountant department in additional to the current studies in CIA certificate. I enhanced my college education with a series of courses and trainings that proved very useful for my professional development. My experience consist of six years banking experience starting from my latest job at National Bank of Abu Dhabi as an Operations Supervisor as I am responsible for managing all branch back & front office operations and Ensure all the branch department’s transactions are processed accurately & swiftly in Accordance with the laid down policy & procedures. Then in U.A.E at Mashreq Bank as an Operations Supervisor has provided me with the chance to promote my customer services skills. Emirate market is rapidly growing and diverse and so I deal with clients from different nationalities and different backgrounds on almost daily basis where I continuously try to meet their needs and expectations. Part of my responsibilities is also troubleshooting, achieving sales targets, reporting, managing two counters in the operations department, following up on applications and building strong professional relationship with clients and colleagues.

My good communication skills proved greatly helpful in my job at Commercial international bank (CIB) in Egypt where I was responsible for teller area, customer service and marketing. I have successfully worked under pressure and managed successfully to meet deadlines and targets where my computer and interpersonal skills and strong relationship with work environment have supported me.

I am eager to extend and promote my skills and learn more and I am confident that joining your decent program will be a step towards professional success.
