I am currently working for Maersk Organization, logistics subsidiary, airfreight department, and below is a projection of my current fields of expertise. * Purchasing: since I am the transportation chain within B2B relationships, I go deeply through the procedures of a purchasing transaction, on basis of contacting suppliers, revising and checking documentation (invoices, purchase orders, packing lists, shipping declarations, ..etc). * Procurement: by contacting and building business friendly relationships with our large network of offices worldwide, requesting them for quotation, and accordingly performing selling to our clients based on a projected CM1 (Contribution Margin 1), and going through negotiation and value selling proposition stages. * Logistics: as transportation is a major logistics stage, I get to know more about customers business, of which assists me serving them the right way based on their urgent - as well as Ad Hoc- needs. * Customer Service: As holding the full responsibility up to operation consummation, I learned to be customer-oriented, through containing clients complaints, and practice problem solving techniques to approach their utmost satisfaction with smoothly and hassle-free business attitude. * Management practice: I was nominated- based on my high IQ test results- to a unique training course, of which enhances the managerial potential for candidates, and rehabilitates them to lead others efficiently and effectively, and that was the major emphasize within this course besides the outstanding technical experience projected.
