My worst work experience was when my manager asked me to inform 60 employees (new project) that we ended this project and we are going to end there working contracts ,it was so hard for me to tell all these employees and how i tried to help through revising our manpower plan and if we need to have any one in our mother company or anther project , i started to send thier cv's to recruitment agencies and check with my friends if they have vacancies suits these employees in thier companies ) What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? to keep on the very thin string between being friendly with the employees and also be profesionalto have this balance between the two behaviour What unique skills do you have? very good listener Have a very high communication skills can work with high focusing &concentrationunder pressure What would you consider as your 'dream job'? to work in NGO's to help others What are the most interesting aspects of your field? help and serve other employee to achive the main goal What are the least interesting aspects of your field?
