Looking for a job.What type of job are you looking for? I am looking for any electronic / semiconductor firm who can employ me. Production / Technical. I am looking forward at Europe(Any part of the country) This is because I love Europe since 10years old. I am willing to move to Europe with my family together if the government allow me . This going to be my new life. What countries have you worked in? As far as i know, did not out from Malaysia for the purpose of work. Of course traveling with family for holiday like Thailand ,Singapore and India. What countries do you have a visa to work in? No sir , I do not have Visa for any country. What field do you currently work in? Currently i am a Insurance Consultant(Temporary until get a job). What fields have you worked in before? I am production Executive at Sanyo Auto Media Penang, Malaysia. I am taking care of production as well technical. Training the operators to run the Auto insertion(Universal) machine effectively. What qualifications do you hold? I have a Mechanical Engineering Diploma( 1987-1989) & also Degree in Business Administration (1993-1995) Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I believe both education and skills are very important in our working life. Education is for us to understand where we standing in life and with the education that we have, we can improve on our skills provided we are willing to learn from the one who teach us. For example we need to have technical certificate or Diploma even we are good in our technical skills. It will give high promotion & management trust. Describe the benefits of working with others Working with others are very important as long we are willing to learn & teach what we know to others. Especially our working habit must be always friendly so that others willing to teach us their skills during working hours. We will get more friends it means more knowledge and also more skills. Describe the benefits of working alone For my experience more than 15years working alone does not benefit the management. Unless the management request the employee for certain reason. I believe 5 head is better than 1 head for problem solving and etc. What was your worst working experience? My worst working experience is during all the technical staff boy court the company for pay raise and refused to work until black and white given to the union. That year is 2004 whereby I myself handle the machine alone with the help of my production Leaders & operators. With the management decision i am working for 22hrs a day for 2 weeks. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? 1.We must know how to plan and tell the customer ahead in case of failure.Immediate plan to recover the failure , Temporary planning in order to overcome the failure and permanent plan to kill the failure once for all. 2.Always listen to the management decision and get guidance from the experience employee. 3.If we have problem always call for a meeting to rectify the problem. 4.Get second opinion from your boss if you are not sure. 5.Always cut down the cost where ever you are working. What unique skills do you have? 1.Modification such as robotic. 2.Invention. 3.I am good listener. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? My dream job to work as a production Executive . What are the most interesting aspects of your field? Making decision while my boss away for holiday. On hold of all control during his absence. Ensure all delivery in time to customer according to schedule. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? Answering the customer especially to those who are inexperienced in the field.
