Currently I am working at Banking area at National Bank of Ethiopia. What fields have you worked in before? In Banking jobs. What qualifications do you hold? I hold BA Degree in Management from Mekelle University, a graduate of 2010. I have computer application diploma and very skilled on it. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Both of the are valuable, but in my opinion skill is more valuable, because skill can be also education and if we experience it, it is unforgettable at the same time develops more knowledge and formal education. Describe the benefits of working with others it is useful to share others knowledge , experience and ideas in order to have accurate decision. it also used to simplify work flow, timely and accurate work done. Describe the benefits of working alone it has effect on the out come of the job, inaccurate results and also it lag the job beyond the time it must be finished. What was your worst working experience? no working experience is worst if the environment or/and the situation is easy to work. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? the most important is team working, and also time and resource management.
