Formal education or skills and why? i consider both to be valuable because all the time education is backbone to your skills, skills without educational background is not far to live. technologies change in seconds and i think that's why we need education, to keep our mind broad Describe the benefits of working with others by making good environment we could share knowledge also could increase our outcome Describe the benefits of working alone in my opinion working alone is not beneficial. because there would be no information sharing for further development What was your worst working experience? even if i was never employed before on my practice stay in Hawassa telecommunication for 2 months, i worked with my supervisor which has no good relation with all workers.
