Retail pharmacy What fields have you worked in before? retail pharmacy What qualifications do you hold? i finished my bachelor in AAU with good grade and am working on my masters in pharmaceutics, i have good interpersonal skill and communication Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? if i have ti pick one i will pick skill but i doubt the how skilled one can be with out a kind of formal education. Describe the benefits of working with others working with others will make one more experienced because one could learn a lot from others and will make creative because it is some what competitive. Describe the benefits of working alone working alone will make the person reach his/her own inner potential because he/she have to go through everything to get done. What was your worst working experience? it was when i was fresh working in retail pharmacy, a patient come for advice on a drug for hepatitis and i was not in a position to advice her anything cause i was poor in both experience and knowledge at that time and she pretty much needed it and the worst part is there is nobody i could recommend to advice her at that time. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? i learn that it is not enough to have whatever kind of degree but to update oneself every time and that it is always good to work with people who could possibly have better knowledge, skill and attitude that comes from experience. What unique skills do you have? i can work with anybody, What would you consider as your 'dream job'? a kind of job that will need my creativity and make me use what i know and also let me strive for more. i would like to work in industries or organization(NGO) that work on drugs; their development, use and quality.
