Any where What countries have you worked in? I worked in Ethiopia. What countries do you have a visa to work in? I don't have visa. What field do you currently work in? Currently,I am working as Lecturer of English in one Private University College in Addis Ababa. What fields have you worked in before? I worked as Lecturer,Head of Research and Publications,Head of Quality Assurance and Head of Registrar in Higher Institution.Additionally,I worked in different positions, such as conference organizer,Master of ceremonies,giving trainings and others. What qualifications do you hold? I hold BA in English and MA in English Literature from Addis Ababa University.I also took various trainings in different areas. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? It depends up on the type of job and skills require. Describe the benefits of working with others Working with different people of different cultures,experiences and background helps to upgrade ones knowledge ,skill and confidence. Describe the benefits of working alone working independently may help in some ways,but it is not as effective as working in a team or group. What was your worst working experience? I don't have any worst experience in my job. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? What I learned from my working experiences is, the pleasure I maximize doing an effective job based on the deadline. What unique skills do you have? I am good interpersonal communication,persuasive power in organizing people at work. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? I consider teaching as dream job. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? As I am a Language graduate,it helped me to be flexible,sociable and the fittest in any working environment.Additionally,my field helps me to be always a student as my breath is related with reading.
