External Financial Statement auditor for 6 years in international accounting firsm Pricewaterhouse Coopers and KPMG. What qualifications do you hold? Bachelors Degree in Commerce (Accountancy) and CPA Papua New Guinea Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? A bit of both but a think the most is formal eduction as far my filed of work is concerned so you get to know the GAAP and IAS. Auditing a statutory organisation myself working till 10 -11 pm for a month with my girl friend giving up on me coz i could not give the time she expected from me.
