What languages do you speak (and at what level)? I speak English, PUnjabi, Hindi.All these languages at at highly professional level. What country or area are you looking to work in and why? I am looking forward to work in Fiji, as the agriculture and veterinary jobs are easily available there. Moreover, it is a very beautiful place to stay and work in.I want to work in quarantine and inspection department under the ministry of agriculture Fiji. What countries have you worked in? I have worked in India itself, my native place. I have been working under the Government of Punjab( India ). I have four years rigorous work experience as a field, Rural Veterinary Officer. What countries do you have a visa to work in? I have worked only in India, as a regular employ of the Government. What field do you currently work in? i am working under Government of Punjab.( India ) What fields have you worked in before? As a Rural veterinary officer. Promoted and executed various disease awareness program mes among masses by leading teams at block and district level, which were assigned to me by the Government of India. What qualifications do you hold? 1.I have passed my bachelor degree ( BVSC & AH ) from GURU ANGAD DEV VETERINARY AND ANIMAL SCIENCES UNIVERSITY, LUDHIANA IN 2007. 2.I am currently registered with AVMA ( American veterinary Medical Association ) 3. I have passed BCSE ( Basic and clinical sciences Examination{ USA }) 4. I have passed NAVLE ( North American Veterinary Licensing Examination) Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Formal education can give a person a certificate that is degree or diploma which is a prerequisite to apply a job. But, skill expresses the practicality of a person, which every employer keeps as a first priority. So, i think , for the growth of the company for which one is working Skill is more important. Describe the benefits of working with others When one works with a team, he/she if is a good leader gains confidence in his command and a good follower learns better ways to obey the commands, that is command comes by obedience.team members learn many new things from each others, they are able to over come there insurmountable weaknesses as a team. Describe the benefits of working alone When one works all alone then, targets may compel him to be more efficient. More over he may be more imaginative to create his own ideas, a more talented person will be a good choice to work alone. What was your worst working experience? A car accident while executing a vaccination program assigned to us by state Government, there were minor injuries to all of us but, with GOD grace every one survived. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Any one who do hard work can reach any where he/ she wish to be. What unique skills do you have? I can handle sick animals very efficiently. Worked at large dairy farms to treat, control and prevent various diseases of cattle. Worked at small animal clinics, i can do small animal vacciantion & surgeries at Civil Veterinary Hospital. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? Executive job under ministry of agriculture. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? 1.We treat and prevent disease in animals which are unable to express it by themselves 2. veterinary science is a very very vast science, which always keeps one imagining.
