Skills, because you need to know what your doing through first-hand experience/practical. Formal Education not so much, becaus e nowadays, Employers look and hire mostly experienced workers. Describe the benefits of working with others Working together as a team promotes TEAM WORK, and it is always better to work in a group then alone because you learn more and better productivity for the business comes about. Always be willing to learn and accept it when you are being taught something, because most of the time the person reprimanding you knows better. What unique skills do you have?
