Diploma in Education Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Skills is more valuable than formal education because what is required in any job is an ability to do a job efficiently and effectively, most skills are acquired by doing(participating)therefore such skills is accompanied by experience which is the very valuable thing in most jobs. Describe the benefits of working with others the benefit of working with others includes: 1. incease confidence. 2. increase possibility of high correctness due to sharing of ideas 3. increase efficiency and effectivenesss due to the fact that some works cant be done by one person. Describe the benefits of working alone The benefit of working alone includes: 1. gives ample room to utilize fully individual skills without being interfeared by others who might lack such skills. 2. saves time due to the fact that long discussions which may take time have no chance. 3. gives chance for individual to concentrate well in the matter. What was your worst working experience? my worst working experience is when i was given a chance to attend a seminar which was not intended to me. the seminar was surpposed to call a geography teacher but instead i was given the chance, the third day of the seminar is when i realised that there was a mistake. I took it as a challenge and consulted the head of my school, finally they decided to allow me cotinuing with the seminar. it wa difficult but i managed to grasp the knowledge and refer iot to the concerned. i was choosen to be the chairman of the group of ten people who had to present it at next time meeting. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? the most important lesson i have learnt through my career is; no matter how much you know, you have to listen to others because they have something to add in your knowledge. What unique skills do you have? i have unique listening and probing skills that always takes me to arrive into right conclussions. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? a job that allows me to utilise fully my skills and be listened before given a task into action. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? interesting aspect of my field is working with challenging staff with new ideas or/and enough experience on the field. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? my least interestig aspect of my field is to work with staff from another organization aprt from where I am working. what type of boss will you like to work with?
