Project Assistant, Pacific Dialogue Pacific Dialogue – Job posting for Project Assistant (Volunteer)Pacific Dialogue is looking for a part-time volunteer Project Assistant at our office on Denison Road, Suva. Duties may include assisting project work, compiling a Human Trafficking database, conducting research on international donors and carrying out basic administration. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate/post-graduate to gain valuable experience at a local NGO working in the fields of human rights and conflict resolution. As a new organisation, we are looking for someone to assist the early development of our projects and the acquisition of new funding. Applicants should have a background in Law, Economics, Development or the Social Sciences and be keen to gain some hands-on experience in a newly established NGO. They should be organised and motivated, and have adept writing and computer skills, as well as a keen interest in justice and development in Fiji. The selected candidate will be required to work independently and contribute fresh ideas to the team. Hours: 15-20 per week Reimbursement: Travel expenses will be paid, as well as meal and accommodation allowances when outside of Suva.
